Referral Incentive Program-Win an Apple I PAD!!!!
This referral incentive program is open to males, females, and all groups of 18 years or older from anywhere in the world. You don't have to be a Registered Nurse to make a referral. Eligible referrals have to be Registered Nurses with a valid RN license. Additional restrictions may apply. To enter, users that register must place your name in the referral box and sign up for RN-INC membership services. (1) entry that conforms to the unique rules of this contest. Entries that violate any rule may be removed and disqualified without notice. Should this occur, it is the responsibility of the contestant to submit a new entry before the expiration of the submission period. If the contestant fails to submit a new entry, he or she will no longer be eligible. All registrations must be received through RN-INC during the valid submission period(s), which may be extended if an insufficient number of entries are received. All entries must be the creation and/or valid human person of the submitting contestant. Entries must not contain any nudity,
profanity, or extreme depictions of violence, or be obscene, lewd, discriminatory, or threatening in any way. entry without any further compensation. Contestants may be required to supply background information and a RN-INC user icon in which he or she is depicted. Entries may be required to contain non-generic, descriptive titles and a textual description. RN-INC assumes no responsibility for possible fraud committed
by any contestant. While every effort is made to ensure that all submitted entries are actually created by their respective contestants, RN-INC cannot be held liable for actions on the part of the users. RN-INC reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry at any time at its discretion.
RN-INC reserves the right to disqualify or modify the standings of any entries that violate the rules at its own discretion. Regardless of performance, all contestants are eligible for no more than one (1) prize per contest. Contestants may not receive a prize from more than one (1) contest within a 60-day period.
RN-INC reserves the right to make the final decision as to which contestant(s) will receive a prize. The chosen recipient(s) will be contacted by RN-INC.com via RN-INC's message system. The recipient(s) must respond to the message within a period of fourteen (14) days and may be required to submit proof of identity in order to obtain any prize(s). If a recipient fails to respond within fourteen (14) days, is unable to provide proof of identity, or is discovered to have violated any of the contest's rules, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another contestant. RN-INC is not responsible or liable for any prizes that are delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen, nor are there any guarantees or warranties regarding the quality or value of these prizes.
